titleOfInvention Plant foliage activator
abstract PURPOSE: A plant foliage activator, capable of activating the function of the surfaces of leaves in a plant damaged by the application of a large amount of a fertilizer and an agricultural chemical, and inhibiting the propagation of pathogenic fungi, and comprising zeolite and/or siliceous clay (terra abla). n CONSTITUTION: A plant foliage activator comprising a zeolite or siliceous clay (terra abla) or both as an active constituent. The zeolite is of the hydrous tetctosilicate mineral group of alkali, alkaline earth and aluminum belonging to the zeolite group, commonly called the zeolite, and a porous one is particularly effective. The zeolite and clay (terra abla) are used in the form of fine powder or an aqueous liquid obtained by mixing and agitating 500W1,000g of the powder passing through an 80W100 mesh screen with 200l of water. The solution thus prepared is dusted directly on the damaged surfaces or dusted and sprinkled lightly in the case of the fine powder. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1981,JPO&Japio
