| abstract | PURPOSE: To prepare the titled composition having both insectional and fungicidal activities by combining an insecticidal organo-phosphate compound having CH 3 O- or CH 3 S- group bonded directly to P atom and an acid addition salt of 5-methyl-s- triazolo[3,4-b]-benzothiazole. n CONSTITUTION: A pesticidal composition containing (A) an insecticidal organo- phosphate compound of formula I or formula II (-OCH 3 group in each formula may be replaced with -SCH 3 group), e.g. 0,0-dimethyl-0-(3-methyl-4-nitrophenyl) thiophosphate and (B) an acid addition salt of 5-methyl-s-triazole[3,4-b]benzothiazole. The use of the component (B) as an acid addition salt ensures the stability of the (B) component even in the presence of the (A) component.
