titleOfInvention Polyurethane elastomer solution composition for wet-process synthetic leather
abstract PURPOSE: Titled composition which coagulates quickly and provided sheets having uniform microporous structure and excellent moisture permeability, prepated by mixing at least two solutions, each prepared by dissolving a specified polyurethane elastomer in a water-miscible organic solvent. n CONSTITUTION: A polyurethane elastomer solution composition for wet-process synthetic leather, which is a white turbid solution having a turbidity of 0.2W1.5 and a total content of polyurethane elastomers, of 20W38wt%, and prepared by mixing (A) a polyurethane elastomer solution, turbidity below 0.05, comprising 20W40wt% of a dissolved polypropylene ether type polyurethane elastomer containing as a high-molecular diol, polypropylene ether glycol alone or a diol mixture containing at least 70wt% of polypropylene ether glycol and at most 30wt% of a polyalkylene ether glycol, etc.; an organic diisocyanate; and a chain extender with (B) a polyurethane elastomer solution, turbidity below 0.05, comprising 20W40wt% of a dissolved polyurethane elastomer containing as a high-molecular diol, polymethylene glycol adipate diol, etc.; an organic diisocyanate; and a chain extender. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1981,JPO&Japio
