abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a colorant for quantitative determination having improved coloring stability in neutral or weakly alkali, by blending peroxidase with 4-amino- antipyrine and an aniline derivative shown by a specific formula as active ingredients. n CONSTITUTION: (A) Peroxidase is blended with (B) 4-aminoantipyrine and (C) an aniline derivative shown by the formula I [R 1 and R 2 are 1W4C alkyl group; X is H or methoxy; one of Y or Z is H, and the other is NHCOR 3 , NHSO 2 R 3 , or NHCO 2 R 3 (R 3 is 1W4C alkyl)] as active ingredients to prepare a colorant for quantitative determination of hydrogen peroxide.
