abstract | PURPOSE: The titled sheet having improved drug releasing properties, obtained by applying rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive and betamethasone valerate to a base. n CONSTITUTION: Rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive to which betamethasone valerate and preferably an organic acid (e.g., tartaric acid) are added is applied to a base (e.g., plastic film or cloth), to give a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for remedying a skin disease, e.g., eczyma, psoriasia, etc. Since betamethasone valerate is released from a pressure-sensitive adhesive badly, it is not used as a tape, but the use of rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive improves releasing properties. Betamethasone valerate is absorbed from the skin better than fludoxycortide in pressure-sensitive adhesive of an acrylic resin on the market. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1981,JPO&Japio |
