abstract | PURPOSE: The titled composition capable of destroying even perennial weeds to be applied in a long term, comprising an α-(β-naphthoxy)propionic acid derivative and O,O-diisopropyl-S-[2-(benzenesulfonamide)ethyldithiophosphate]. n CONSTITUTION: A herbicide composition for a paddy field comprising an α-(β- naphthoxy)propionic acid derivative shown by the formula I (R is OCH 3 or a group shown by the formula II: X is H or halogen), e.g., a compound shown by the formula III, and O,O-diisopropyl-S-[2-(benzenesulfonamide)ethyldithiophosphate] as active ingredients, preferably 1pt.wt. compound shown by the formula I and 0.2W2pts.wt.O,O-diisopropyl-S-[2-(benzenesulfonamide)ethyldithophosphate].
