abstract |
PURPOSE:To treat a dialysis liquid easily by one stage by wrapping the core of a microcapsule with a high polymer shell having an anion exchange function based on a poly-p-chloromethyl styrene. CONSTITUTION:In the treatment of a dialysis liquid in the field of an artificial kidney, a microcapsule having an anion exchange resin function is used employing urease for the core material. A shell used for wrapping the core material with is made based on poly-p-chlorometyl syrene as follows: After a part of the chlorometyl is converted into a quaternary ammonium, it is crosslinked by amin, while the remaining chlorometyl is used in the form of a quaternary ammonium converted high polymer. Having an anion exchange resin function, the microcapsule enables the decomposition of urea and the removal of ammonium by one stage. |
