titleOfInvention Production of polyvinyl chloride type resin molded product
abstract PURPOSE: To prevent exudation of plasticizer, etc., to the surface of a molded product of a polyvinyl chloride type resin composition to which an allyl group- containing compound has been added, by treating the molded product with low- temperature plasma. n CONSTITUTION: (a) 100pts.wt. of a polyvinyl chloride type resin such as polyvinyl chloride or a vinyl chloride-based copolymer is mixed with (b) 0.5W50pts.wt. of an allyl group-containing compound such as diallyl phthalate, diallyl fumarate or tetraallyloxyethane to obtain a polyvinyl chloride type resin composition. The composition is, then, molded and the molded product is treated with low-temperature plasma of a gas which has no plasma-polymerizability, such as helium, neon, argon or nitrogen, thereby producing the resin molded product of the purpose. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1981,JPO&Japio
