titleOfInvention | Determination of amount of hydrogen peroxide of activity of peroxidase |
abstract | PURPOSE: To determine the component of living body through the determination of the amount of hydrogen peroxide, by the combined use of 4-aminoantipyrine or a phenylenediamine derivative with a specific benzenesulfonic acid in the presence of a peroxidase. n CONSTITUTION: The amount of hydrogen peroxide is determined by using (A) 4-aminoantipyrine or a phenylenediamine derivative and (B) a 5-halogeno-2-hydroxybenzenesulfonic acid of formula I (X is halogen) or its salt, in the presence of a peroxidase. The amount of the component (B) is 5W100mmol/l and that of the component (A) is 0.002W0.1%. An oxidase and a peroxidase are added to the above composition at an arbitrary order, and the enzymatic reaction is carried out at pH 6.5W8.0 and 10W60°C. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1981,JPO&Japio |
