abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain a better performance membrane as a selective permeable membrane easily from a block polyether-urethane copolymer composed of polyurethane and polyethylene glycol. n CONSTITUTION: The block polyether-urethane copolymer is prepared from ethylene glycol, a polyurethane whose main component is 4,4'-diphenylmethanediisocyanate, and polyethylene glycol, and then the copolymer thus obtained is made into the membrane which can be used as the selective permeable membrane for the dialysis of blood, etc. Thus, the membrane having excellent selective perviousness can be easily manufactured by a simplified process. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1981,JPO&Japio |
