PURPOSE:To obtain the captioned hollow body efficiently by a method wherein polyester resin is combined with finely-pulverized inactive substance and thus the substance stuck to a metal mold, as well as sticking of products to each other, is reduced in molding when the polyester resin is melted and molded. CONSTITUTION:When amorphous parison for blow-in molding is prepared by melting and molding polyester resin such as polyethylene terephthalate, or when, as occasion calls, a vessel is prepared by blowing in and molding the parison, an inactive substance having average particle diameter of 0.01-5mu, such as silica, kaoline, diatomaceous earth and calcium carbonate, accounting for 0.001-3wt%, is added to and combined with the polyester resin. In this way, a hollow body made of polyester resin with little extraneous substance stuck to a metal mold and also with little sticking of hollow bodies to each other in molding is obtained. |
