titleOfInvention Molding method of model
abstract PURPOSE:To mold a precise female mold of a product, such as golf club head and the like, by a method wherein a part of a male mold made of paraffin having microwave absorbing property is exposed, said mold is covered with a microwave penetrating aluminum sand or other materials, and the female mold is melt dropped by microwave irradiation and hot blast. CONSTITUTION:The microwave absorbing first material 8 made of paraffin, wax, or other materials, is partially exposed and covered with a second material 7 which has a microwave penetrating property and is made of aluminum sand or other materials. The work is placed on a rest stand 4, having a microwave penetrating property, which is secured on a heating chamber wall 5, so that said exposed part is positioned to face downward. The first material is melt-dropped by irradiating microwave from a microwave generator 2 and simultaneously by blowing high temperature hot blast against the exposed part of the first material, whereby a female mold of the product, for example, gold club head or the like is molded without generating deformation or crack in the second material.
