titleOfInvention Automatic analyzer for glucose
abstract PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency of a reaction and control is smoothly by controlling an electromagnetic valve which discharges dilute solution from a sensor cell and monitoring the noise level of an enzyme sensor provided in the sensor cell. n CONSTITUTION: At first, a substrate concentration, an enzyme concentration, temperatures, a buffer solution quantity, etc., are inputted to a microcomputer 2. If a dilute solution distributing pump 9 pumps dilute solution into a cell 18 upon receiving a signal from a sequence controller 1, an agitator 8 begins its operation. When a sampling time comes, the computer 2 determines a pulse number and draws reacting solution into a micropippetter 6 via a motor driving part 5, a moving circuit 13 moves down to the cell 18 upon a suction end signal and the reacting solution is dripped by a quantity specified by the computer 2. After a certain time, a current from an enzyme sensor 19 is digitized 14 and inputted to the computer 2 via an interface 15, and the computer outputs message signals in relation to detection working curves inputted beforehand to the controller 1 and the controller 1 proceeds sequence corresponding to respective control items. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1981,JPO&Japio
