PURPOSE: A safe carcinostatic agent, containing a phenothiazine derivative as an active constituent, and capable of acting of tumors specifically without side effects. n CONSTITUTION: A carcinostatic agent containing a phenothiazine derivative of the formula (Y is H, lower alkanoyl other than pivaloyl or benzoyl), e.g. phenothiazine, 10-acethyphenothiazine or 10-propionylphenothizaine, as an active constituent.
