abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain a resin composition for coating having improved heat stability, by blending a resin containing hydroxyl groups with a boron compound containing hydroxyl groups or diboron trioxide. n CONSTITUTION: The object composition is obtained by blending a resin (A) containing hydroxy groups having a hydroxy value of 10 or more with a boron compound (B) containing hydroxy groups or diboron trioxide.
