NEW MATERIAL:A benzamide derivative shown by the formula (R is lower dialkylamino, N-alkylcyclohexylamino, etc. different one another). n EXAMPLE: 4-n-Butylmethylcarbamoyloxy-N-(2,3-dichlorophenyl)-benzamide. n USE: A highly selective herbicide.
