abstract | PURPOSE: The titled agent, containing cephalexin, and having a great remedial effect. n CONSTITUTION: A preventing agent and remedy for bacterial diseases of fishes containing cephalexin. In a disease caused by Pasteurella piscidida of a young yellowtail, a disease caused by Edwardsiella tarda of an eel and a disease caused by Aeromonas salmonicida of a trout, the transfer of the agent to the focus is insufficient, and the complete cure is difficult. The cephalexin exhibits the remedial effect on the diseases in a short time to prevent the relapse thereof.
