PURPOSE: An effective antipyretic analgesic that is composed of ibuprofen, an antipyretic analgesic of aniline derivative, caffein and thiamine hydrochloride. n CONSTITUTION: The objective antipyretic analgesic is composed of ibuprofen, an antipyretic analgesic of aniline derivative such as busetin, a caffein and thiamine hydrochloride. In the composition, the caffein and thiamine hydrochloride are 2W 30wt% and 0.5W5wt% respectively on the basis of the combined amount of the two former compounds. The addition of caffein and thiamine hydrochloride raise the pain threshold according to the pressure stimulation method and prolongs the duration time measured by the Randall-Selitto method in spite of the same level in the antipyretic activity and the acute toxicity. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1981,JPO&Japio |
