titleOfInvention | Manufacture of insulated heat-radiating sheet |
abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain the insulated heat-radiating sheet having stable quality and excellent mechanical strength and thermal stability by making a slurry containing silicone rubber and boron nitride into the sheet by a doctor blade method. n CONSTITUTION: On manufacturing the heat-radiating sheet wherein boron nitride is dispersed in silicone rubber of a type vulcanized by heating or of a type vulcanized at ambient temperature by the doctor blade method, 0.3W9pts.wt. of boron nitride to 1pt.wt. of silicone rubber whose penetration number is 28W36 is dispersed in an organic solvent and thereby the viscosity thereof is made to be 500W 30,000cps. Next, the slurry thus obtained is poured onto a substrate and dried and later is vulcanized. Or, further in the aforesaid method, in addition to the pouring of the slurry onto the substrate, a netlike insulated material is arranged on the surface or inside thereof. As the netlike insulated material, woven-fabriclike or nonwoven-fabriclike insulated material formed of insulated fibrous material such as glass fibers and nylon fibers is used. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1981,JPO&Japio |
