abstract PURPOSE: To prevent an inner case from deformation due to blowing pressure and to obtain a heat-insulating case efficiently by a method wherein a pressure bag approximated to the shape of the inner case is inserted in the inner case, the pressure in the said pressure bag is adjusted in proportion to the blowing pressure of heat- insulating material injected into the clearance part. n CONSTITUTION: When blowing heat-insulating material (preferably hard urethane foam rubber) is injected into the clearance part 3 of a case body consisting of an outer case 1 and an inner one 2 (preferably, by hard PVC) easy to deform by outer pressure to manufacture a case, first, the whole outer case 1 is stored in an iron mold 6, a pressure bag 4 is inserted into the inner case 2 and air pressure is given by a compressor to the said pressure bag 4. The blowing pressure of the heat-insulating material 5 injected into the clearance part 3 changes according to the injecting density and the charging rate but in proportion to them the air pressure of the air bag 4 is controlled so as to restrict the deformation of the inner case 2. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1981,JPO&Japio
