abstract PURPOSE:To improve durability by containing an alkylphenol oxidation inhibitor in a magnetic layer which uses metallic magnetic powder. CONSTITUTION:P-cresol, 4-t-butyl phenol, 4-butoxyphenol, di-t-butyl-P-cresol, phenol converted with styrene, 2.2-thiobis(4-methyl-6-t-butylphenol), P-hydroxyphenylcyclohexane, di-P-hydroxyphenylcyclohexane, 2.6-di-tertiary butyl phenol, 1.1'-Methylene-bis(4-hydroxy-3.5-tertiary butyl phenol), and further an alkylphenol oxidation inhibitor are contained in a magnetic layer, consisting of metallic magnetic powder and bonding agent resin, in about 0.5-5wt% to metallic magnetic powder.
