abstract | PURPOSE: To manufacture the captioned molded body having a uniform and minute cell structure by pressing an organic-solvent foaming agent into a vinyl chloride resin composition for foam molding which is made gelled by heating in an extruder and by performing later foam molding by extrusion while giving vibrations thereto. n CONSTITUTION: The resin composition formed of the vinyl chloride resin of 100pts. (weight part: the same is applied in the following), a nucleus forming agent of 0.01W40pts. whose average particle diameter is about 30μ or below, a plasticizer (ex. dioctylphthalate) of 5W100pts., acrylic resin (preferably emulsion polymer) of 0.5W30pts. and a resolving-type foaming agent (ex. azodicarvoneamido) of 0W 20pts. is made gelled by heating in the extruder and thereafter the organic-solvent foaming agent (ex. butane, trichlorofluoromethane, etc.) of 1W30pts. whose boiling point as 90°C or below is pressed in the composition.
