titleOfInvention Manufacture of foamed molded body of soft vinyl chloride resin
abstract PURPOSE: To manufacture the captioned molded body having a uniform and minute cell structure by pressing an organic-solvent foaming agent into a vinyl chloride resin composition for foam molding which is made gelled by heating in an extruder and by performing later foam molding by extrusion while giving vibrations thereto. n CONSTITUTION: The resin composition formed of the vinyl chloride resin of 100pts. (weight part: the same is applied in the following), a nucleus forming agent of 0.01W40pts. whose average particle diameter is about 30μ or below, a plasticizer (ex. dioctylphthalate) of 5W100pts., acrylic resin (preferably emulsion polymer) of 0.5W30pts. and a resolving-type foaming agent (ex. azodicarvoneamido) of 0W 20pts. is made gelled by heating in the extruder and thereafter the organic-solvent foaming agent (ex. butane, trichlorofluoromethane, etc.) of 1W30pts. whose boiling point as 90°C or below is pressed in the composition. Next, while vibrations being given to the dies of the extruder (or an extruded substance just after being extruded from the dies), the redin composition is subjected to foam molding by extrusion. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1981,JPO&Japio
