abstract | PURPOSE: To bond the captioned material in a simple process and with strong bonding strength in manufacture of a cast tire by a method wherein the surface of a plastic is treated by hydroxyl group-containing monomer and isocyanate, then, liquid rubber composite is coated and the like to cure the plastic. n CONSTITUTION: After the surface of plastic (e.g.; polycarbonate etc.) or roughed plastic is treated in hydroxyl-group-containing ethylene unsaturated monomer (e.g.; 2-hydroxy ethyl acrylate etc.) and isocyanate (e.g.; toluylene diisocyanate etc.), then, liquid rubber composite is coated on or poured in it, it is cured to bond the plastic and the liquid rubber composite. Additionally, the liquid rubber composite is, preferably, composed of terequillaic liquid rubber of 100pts.wt.
