PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical preparation for the skin having improved remedying activities, obtained by adding a phospholipid to an anti-inflammatory steroid. n CONSTITUTION: The titled pharmaceutical preparation comprising preferably 0.0125W5.0wt% anti-inflammatory steroid (e.g., bechlomethasone dipropionate, hydrocortisone) and preferably 0.5W5wt% phospholipid (e.g., soybean phospholipid). The content of phosphatidal choline in the phoshpolipid mixture is most preferably 10W40wt%. The formation of noncovalent complex between steriod and phospholipid is considered to increase affinity to the skin and retention and to strengthen drug effect. It is used as solution, gel, cream or ointment. Useful for dermatitis, e.g., humid tetter, lichen, ichthyosis, psoriasis, etc. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1981,JPO&Japio |
