titleOfInvention Curing resin composition
abstract PURPOSE: The titled composition that is made by mixing an ester oligomer from a specific unsaturated carboxylic acid and a polyhydric alcohol, with a polymerizable monomer, thus being suitably used as a nonsolvent type insulation varnish, because of its low dielectric constant and dielectric loss tangent. n CONSTITUTION: An unsaturated carboxylic acid of formula I or II (X is 2W3C α,β- unsaturated hydrocarbon: n is 2, 3) is made to react with a polyhydric alcohol such as ethylene glycol to give an ester oligomer wth an acid value of less than 25. To 30W80pts.wt. of the resultant ester oligomer are added 70W20pts.wt. of a monomer copolymerizable with the above ester oligomer, such as styrene or methyl methacrylate, to produce the objective curing resin composition. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1981,JPO&Japio
