titleOfInvention Measurement of adhesion competence of blood plate and its device
abstract PURPOSE: To prevent agglomeration of blood plate and to measure true adhesion competence of blood plate, by measuring adhesion competence of blood plate in the presence of an enzyme system for adenosinediphosphoric acid transition in the blood to be tested or on the surface of a substance for blood plate adhesion. n CONSTITUTION: In measuring adhesion competence of blood plate, an enzyme system for adenosinediphosphoric acid transition is present in the blood to be tested or on the surface of a substance for blood plate adhesion. For example, an enzyme system of pyruvic kinase and phosphoenolpyruvic acid, on an enzyme system of cretine kinase and creatinephosphoric acid is preferably used as the enzyme system for adenosinediphosphoric acid transition. The enzyme system for adenosinediphosphoric acid transition may be present in the blood to be tested or on the surface of a substance for adhesion in a device for measuring adhesion competence, e.g., glass beads. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1981,JPO&Japio
