PURPOSE:To obtain the wall film material with low toxity by a method wherein keratin is reduced by mercaptans or a sulfide in an alkali side and, thereafter, hydrolyzed by an enzyme to prepare a specific water soluble keratin hydrolysate. CONSTITUTION:Keratin is reduced by mercaptans or a sulfide in an alkali side and, subsequently, hydrolyzed by an enzyme to prepare the water soluble keratin hydrolysate having two or more mercapto groups in a molecule thereof. Into an aqueous solution of the resulting water soluble keratin hydrolysate, a water insoluble core material is dispersed and, thereafter, air or oxygen is blown into the obtained dispersion to covert said keratin hydrolysate to a high molecular substance in such a condition that a periphery of said core substance is enclosed by said keratin hydrolysate as well as to made it water insoluble and, thereby, microcapsulation is carried out. To the keratin hydrolysate, gelatin and/or a collagen derived polypeptide can be mixed. |
