titleOfInvention Vinyl chloride resin composition for powder molding and production thereof
abstract PURPOSE: To provide the titled resin compsn. which exhibits excellent working characteristics such as melt flow characteristics when used in fluidization dip coating, by blending fine powder particles having a particle diameter of 10W100mμ with a vinyl chloride resin powder contg. a plasticizer blended therewith. n CONSTITUTION: 25W100pts.wt. plasticizer (e.g. dioctyl phthalate) is added to 100pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin powder (composed of not less than 50wt% vinyl chloride unit) having a particle size of 40W300 mesh. The added materials are mixed with each other at 80W130°C, whereby the plasticizer is absorbed by the vinyl chloride resin. Then 0.01W0.5pts.wt. fine particles (having a particle diameter of 10W100mμ) of an inorg. or org. powder (e.g. the particles of aluminum oxide or phthalocyanine blue) are added to the above mixt. These materials are mixed with one another at 80W130° to obtain the desired vinyl chloride resin compsn. for powder molding. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1981,JPO&Japio
