titleOfInvention Electrode plate electret for electrostatic type electro-acoustic converter
abstract PURPOSE:To form the electrode electret stable in physical property and long in life, ease of manufacture and suitable for mass-production, by inserting macropolymer film with low melting point between polarization macromolecular film and electrode plate. CONSTITUTION:The electrode plate 71 like aluminum is fed toward the arrow 79, the inserting use macromolecular film 72 wound on the supply bobbin 81 is fed on the electrode plate 71, and the polarization use macromolecular film 73 wound on the supply bobbin 83 is fed further on it. The insertion use macromolecular film 72 has lower melting point than the polarization macromolecular film and the thickness is less. The laminated body 74 is fed in the heating furnace 86 set to a given temperature in the thermal bonding temperature range of the insertion use macromolecular film 72, and a given pressure is given with thermal rollers. Heating and pressing are made for a given time, and the polarization macromolecular film 73 is bonded to the electrode plate 71 via the insertion use macromolecular film 72.
