titleOfInvention Stabilizing method of drug
abstract PURPOSE: To stabilize a drug consisting of amplicillin and sodium dicloxacillin and prevent the reduction in wetting thereof during storage at high temperature and humidity, by mixing the drug with a high polymer, containing basic nitrogen, and soluble in an acid. n CONSTITUTION: A drug consisting of ampicillin and sodium dicloxacillin is mixed with a high polymer, e.g. dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate-methyl methacrylate copolymer, containing a basic nitrogen, and soluble in an acid as a stabilizer for the drug in an amount of 11100W2/25 that of the drug. The dosage form is a tablet or capsule, and if necessary an additive, e.g. a lubricant such as magnesium stearte, is added to give the titled stabilizer for the drug. n EFFECT: Stable scarcely changing the appearance and degrading the potency even under high temperature and humidity conditions. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1981,JPO&Japio
