| abstract |
PURPOSE:To fix a large amount of antigen, antibody and the like on the surface of a carrier firmly without damaging the activity thereof by coating the surface of the supporting carrier with the mixture of polymeric monomer and biological active material and by applying prescribed treatment. CONSTITUTION:The mixture formed of the polymeric monomer and the biological active material is applied on the surface of the supporting carrier, a light or ionizing radiation is applied thereon to polymerize the polymeric monomer, and the biological active material is fixed on the surface of the supporting carrier. As the polymeric monomer polymeric monomer of vinyl can be used. In addition, the biological active material is used in the form of buffer solution or water solution. |
