| abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain an excellent cushion body for a seat etc. by a method wherein after an adhesive film through which liquid does not permeate is mounted on the surface body in a mold with a rib, raw liquid for urethan foam is injected and made to foam. n CONSTITUTION: The surface body 4 which is cut in an intended form is mounted in a mold 13 with a rib 12 necesary to form a slit 3 on the surface of a cushion body. Then, the said surface body 4 is coated with an adhesive film 7 through which liquid does not permeate, raw liquid 14 for urethane foam is injected and made to foam to obtain a cushion body with a slit 3.
