titleOfInvention Production of compound eye lens device
abstract PURPOSE:To readily produce the lens device by using cracker lenses and a lens support built-in with transparent bodies, with respect to the lens used for the projection systm of the copying machine. CONSTITUTION:The cracker lenses 128, 129 which are made by compression molding and are arrayed with convex spherical faces having the curvature of the bar lens end face at one end face as well as the lens support 126 which comprises inserting and fixing the transparent bars 127 composed of acrylic resins, epoxy-base resins, polycarbonate or styrene into through-holes or injecting transparent bodies 127 into the through-holes and allowing the same to set, are prepared. The cracker lenses 128, 129 are affixed by way of antireflecting films of increased transparency to the top and bottom surfaces of the lens support 126 in such a manner that the each convex spherical face and the transparent body 127 of the through-hole width form one bar lens. Thereby, the compound eye lens device which permits inspection of the failure in compression molding at the stage of the cracker lenses 128, 129 is produced with good volume productivity.
