titleOfInvention Production of compound eye lens device
abstract PURPOSE:To readily produce the compound eye lens system by using the block integrated with light shielding films and transparent bodies, in the lens used for the projection system of the copying machine. CONSTITUTION:Light shield film 201 such as of metal foils or plastic sheets are prepared. The light shield films 201 are then subsequently inserted into the lancings provided to light-shield film supports 202 to form the light-shield film array of an equal spacing, after which transparent body such as acrylic resin, epoxy-base resin, polycarbonate or styrene is injected in the spacings between the light-shield films 201 and is then set to form the block integrated with the light-shield films 201 and transparent body, after which the lens end face groups are compression-molded on the top and bottom surfaces of this block by using the upper and lower dies in which the concave spherical faces having the curvatures of the 1st end faces and 2nd end faces of bar lenses are arrayed in the disposition positions of the respective bar lenses.
