titleOfInvention Chlorinated vinyl chloride resin sheet
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a chlorinated vinyl chloride resin sheet which is excellent in heat resistance, flame retardancy, vacuum moldability, heatsealability, compression moldability, and impact resistance by molding a resin composition containing a chlorinated vinyl chloride resin and a specific copolymer. n CONSTITUTION: One hundred pts.wt. of a resin composition consisting of 20W98 pts.wt. of a chlorinated vinyl chloride resin(A) of a chlorine content of 60W70wt% and a polymerization degree of 300W1500 and 80W2pts.wt. of a rubber-nitrile or methacrylate monomer-styrene monomer copolymer (B) composed of 10W50wt% a rubber, 10W40wt% nitrile or methacrylate monomer, and 20W60wt% styrene monomer is mixed with 0.5W50pts.wt. of one or more copolymers (C) selected from an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer containing 50W90wt% vinyl acetate, a methacrylateacrylate copolymer, etc., and then the mixture is extruded into sheet form under the extrusion conditions of a temperature between 200°C and 210°C and an extruder head pressure of 200W250kg/cm 2 . n COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio
