NEW MATERIAL:The title compound shown by the formula I [OR is acetoxy, benzoyloxy, etc; n is 1W3; m is 0 or 1; PG is prostaglandin; except for the case where n is 1, m is 1, PG is 9α, 11α, 15α-triacetoxy-5(cis)-13(trans)-prostagenoyl, and OR is acetoxy or hydroxy]. n EXAMPLE: 3-Benzoyloxy-1, 3, 5(10)-estratiene-17β-oxycarbonylmethyl 11α, 15α- dihydroxy-9-oxo-13(trans)-prostenoate. n USE: An inducer of obortion and delivery for pregnant mammals, a fertilizing drug, a sexual excitement requlator and contraceptive pill, and a menses inducer for female mammals. n PROCESS: The X group of an estradiol derivative shown by the formula II is combined with the carboxylic acid group of a prostaglandin by ester bonds. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio |
