titleOfInvention | Production of fluid-impermeable olefin resin molded article |
abstract | PURPOSE: To produce polyolefin resin molded article having excellent mechanical strength and inpermeability to fluid, by subjecting polyolefin resin molded article in an atomosphere contg, fluorinated hydrocarbon cpd. to plasma treatment. n CONSTITUTION: A molded article of polyolefin resin such as polyethylene, polypropylene is set in a low temperature plasma apparatus. An inert gas such as Ar, He and a fluorinated hydrocarbon cpd. such as trichlorofluoromethane, octafluorocyclobutane are introduced into the apparatus. Low temperature plasma is irradiated under a pressure of from 0.01W300mmHg for from 0.01W60minutes to form a fluorinated hydrocarbon cpd. layer having a thickness of 30ÅW10μ on the surface of the molded article. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio |
