titleOfInvention | Simultaneous simple and quick measurement method for low and high specific gravity lipo protein cholesterol and its measuring kit |
abstract | PURPOSE:To enable to measure quickly and simply the low and high specific gravity substances mensioned above at the same time by measuring the absorbance through the addition of coloring enzyme solution to the supernatant liquid, after selectively depositing the low specific gravity lipo protein cholesterol through the addition of reagent to the inspected serum. CONSTITUTION:The low specific gravity lipo protein cholesterol is selectively deposited by adding deposition reagent of phosphorus tungsten acid sodium-magnesium chloride to inspected serum. This deposit is separated and dissolved into potassium chloride or sodium chloride, the coloring enzyme is added to obtain the low specific gravity lipo protein cholesterol through the measurement of absorbance. On the other hand, coloring enzyme is added to the supernatant, and the amount of the high density lipo protein cholesterol is obtained with the similar means. As the coloring enzyme, cholesterolesterase, cholesteroloxidase, and addition of 4- aminoantipyrine and phenol as coloring agent to the peroxidase, are used. |
