titleOfInvention Heat-resistant resin composition
abstract PURPOSE: To provide the title composition having excellent electrical and mechanical characteristics at high temperature, and composed of an amino-containing allylphenol and/or allylphenyl ether, maleimides, epoxy resins, and hardeners. n CONSTITUTION: A composition composed of (A) an amino-containing allylphenol derivative and/or amino-containing allylphenyl ether derivative, (B) a maleimide derivative of formula (X is alkylene, etc.), (C) an epoxy resin derived from bisphenol A, etc., and (D) a hardener such as boron trifluoride monoethylamine complex, etc. The component (A) can be prepared by reacting allyl chloride with a compound having a phenolic OH group obtained by the reaction of e.g. p-aminophenol with an aldehyde. n EFFECT: Durable at ≥150°C for a long time. n USE: Electrical insulation. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio
