titleOfInvention Annealing release material for electrical steel sheet
abstract PURPOSE: The captioned release material which obtainable by compounding either one or both of Mg(OH) 2 and Al compound respectively at the specified amounts to non-hydrate MgO, and which gives the electrical steel sheet of stable magnetism and is inexpensive and permits easy coating work. n CONSTITUTION: This annealing separating agent comprises compounding either or both of Mg(OH) 2 ; 1W50wt% and Al compound; 0.05W5wt% to non-hydrate MgO having been fired at 1100°C or more. The Al compound maybe water soluble compound such as Al(NO 3 ) 3 or fine particle form aluminum silicate compound such as bentonite which is insoluble in water. The annealing release material of this composition is wet-ground under addition of water with a ball mill or the like, after which it is coated on the silicon steel plate and is then dried, thence the steel plate is subjected to finish annealing. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio
