titleOfInvention | Method of producing resin mortar hardened article |
abstract | PURPOSE: To fill the hollow portions of a structure with an aggregate and pour a liquefied resin therein thereby to obtain a hardened article in which resin mortar can be poured at a time even in hollow parts of large capacities and is free of any crack. n CONSTITUTION: A predetermined hollow portion to be desired to mold of a structure or the like is filled with an aggregate having a particle diameter of about 5W 50mm (for expample: stone, steel material, glass lump, porcelain lump, and slag), and thereafter a liquefied resin (for example, an unhardened solution of polyethylene resin, epoxy resin, phenol resin, vinyl chloride resin or the like) is poured therein (the weight ratio of the aggregate to the resin is about 3W8:1) and hardened. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio |
