PURPOSE: A drug having anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory actions, comprising a specific guanidine derevative or its salts as an active constituent. n CONSTITUTION: A drug comprising one or two or more types of guanidine derivatives of the formula (R 1 is H, OH, 1W10C alkoxy, halogen, nitro, acetamido group, etc.; R 2 is H, lower alkyl group, etc.; R 3 , R 4 and R 5 are H, lower alkyl groups, etc.; n is 0 or 1) or their salts.
