abstract PURPOSE: To prepare the title compostion having excellent moldability and giving a molded article with excellent appearance and color tone, by adding a montan wax salt and a specific stabilizer to polyethylene or polybutylene terephthalate resin. n CONSTITUTION: A composition composed of (A) 100 parts by weight of polyethylene terephthalate or polybutylene terephthalate having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.4W1.2 (pref. 0.5W0.9), (B) 0.1W2 parts, pref. 0.2W1 part of a neutral or partially neutralized montan wax salt or montan wax ester salt (pref. sodium salt), (C) 0.01W2 parts of one or more compounds selected from (C1) a phosphorus compound of formulas I and II [A, B and C are H, OR (R is H or hudrocarbon group) or hydrocarbon group, pref.
