PURPOSE: To prepare the title treating agent giving a coating film having excellent heat resistance, blocking resistance, flex resistance, and abrasion resistance, by mixing a water-soluble resin prepared by polymerizing an ethylenic unsaturated monomer having a hydrophilic functional group, and a polyepoxide. n CONSTITUTION: A composition composed of (A) 100 parts by weight of a water- soluble resin obtained by polymerizing (a) a monoethylenic unsaturated monomer having a basic nitrogen atom (e.g. dimethylaminoethyl acrylate), (b) a monoethylenic unsaturated monomer having a carboxyl group (e.g. (meth)acrylic acid), (c) a copolymerizable vinyl compound, and (d) a di- or tri-ethylenic unsaturated monomer (e.g. diethylene glycol dimethacrylate), wherein the amounts of (a), (a)+(b), and (d) are 10W35wt%, pref. 12W50wt%, and 0.2W2wt%, respectively, and (B) 5W30 parts by weight of a polyepoxide. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio |
