abstract PURPOSE: The title detergent capable of cleaning the equipment without stopping, having improved slipperiness and a high boiling point, comprising a polyhydric alcohol, KOH, K 2 O, and a potassium salt in water. n CONSTITUTION: (B) 20W400 parts by wt. of a polyhydric alcohol having a boiling point of 190°C or above is incorporated with (C) 5W380 parts by wt. of KOH, K 2 O, and/or a potassium salt, preferably K 2 CO 3 , and (A) 100 parts by wt. of water. A higher fatty acid, etc. may be incorporated to improve the slipperiness, if necessary. n EFFECT: Synergistic effects of slipperiness and high boiling points provide the maximum detergency particularly in contact with a rotating roller. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio
