titleOfInvention Method of making foam resin molded object and its product
abstract PURPOSE: To introduce a produced gas into a concave part of a core material through a sheet and to prevent the production of air boid in a foaming object, by covering previously a concave part by the use of a porous sheet and by foam-molding after filling foaming resin under such a condition as described above. n CONSTITUTION: Foaming resin is foamed with a core material 7 having a concave part 6 located at the inside of a mold 1. In order to mold a foam-molded object united in one body with the core material 7, a porous sheet 10 is stretched over the whole surface of the concave 6 of the core material 7, and they are fastened with a binding agent. Hard urethane foaming liquid 11 is then filled into a mold 1, and after a cover 4 is put on immediately, the liquid is foamed. A part of gas produced is exhausted through a porous sheet 5 put between the mold 1 and the cover 4, and residual gas is deaerated into the concave part 6 through the sheet 10. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio
