titleOfInvention Photosensitive sheet for color diffusion transfer photography
abstract PURPOSE:To form a stable yellow dye image, by using a specified azo dye image forming compound. CONSTITUTION:To a silver halide photosensitive emulsion layer is added a compound of formula I in which Q is -CN, -CF3, or formula II; R<3> is H or alkyl; R<4> is R<3>, aryl, or the like; R<3> and R<4> may form a ring directly or through O; M is H, alkyl, formula III, halogen, or the like; R<1a> is 2 or more C alkylene; R<2a> is alkyl; m, q are 0 or 1; J is sulfonyl or carbonyl; Z is H or alkyl; X is formula IV, A1, A2 being alkylene or arylene, L being oxy, carbonyl, carboxyamide, or other divalent group, and n, p being 0 or 1; all the alkyl groups may be substituted; and Y is a component forming an azo compound different in diffusivity from the azo dye image forming compound of formula I as a result of a development processing in an alkaline condition, but Y is not o- or p-hydroxyaryl-sulfamoyl having a ballast group.
