abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain this integral skin foam with little fading properties, by applying an applying agnent produced by compounding a specifed quantity of resin and a specified quantity of celluloseacetate butyrate on a surface of the integral skin foam. n CONSTITUTION: An applying agent that 100 weight portion resin for applying integral skin, such as, urethane resin, etc. and 2W25 weight portion celluloseacetate butyrate are dissolved in a proper organic solvent, a coloring agent is mixed as necessary and is adjusted is applied on a surface of this integral skin foam. for example, an integral skin foam is prepared which consists of polyurethane foam that has a minute skin layer with 0.70g/cc skin density. An applying agent manufactured by mixing 93 portion urethane resin, 7 portion CAB-381, 800 portion MEK, 500 portion cyclohexane, 200 portion toluene and 400 portion DMF is spray applied on a surface of the foam. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio |
