titleOfInvention | Preparation of substance having photosensitivity- promoting activity |
abstract | PURPOSE: To prepare a substance which is non-volatile, improves the adhesivity of coating films, and promotes the sensitivity of a photosensitive material, by reacting a specific epoxy ester compound, an OH-containing tertiary amine compound and a polyfunctional isocyanate. n CONSTITUTION: The objective photosensitivity-promoting substance is prepared by mixing (A) an epoxy ester compound obtained by reacting (a) an epoxy compound containing at least one epoxy group, e.g. glycidyl acrylate, with a saturated monobasic acid such as acetic acid, or an unsaturated monobasic acid such as acrylic acid at 60W200°C (the equivalent ratio of the epoxy group/carboxyl group is 0.9/1W1.1/1), (B) an OH-containing tertiary amine compound such as dimethyl ethanolamine and (C) an isocyanate such as tolylene diisocyanate. The equivalent ratio of the OH groups of (A) and (B) components to the isocyanate group of (C) component is pref. 1 to 0.5W1. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio |
