titleOfInvention Herbicidal composition
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a herbicidal composition having synergistic effect, suitable for paddy field, by mixing a specific pyrazole compound and an organophosphorus compound. n CONSTITUTION: A herbicidal composition comprising a pyrazole compound of the formula (n=0, ) [e.g. 1,3-dimethyl-4-(2,4-dichlorobenzoyl)-5-(benzoylmethoxy) pyrazole] and O-methyl-O-(3-methyl-6-nitrophenyl)-N-secondary-butylphosphorotionoamidate or O-ethyl-O-(3-methyl-6-nitrophenyl)-N-secondary-butylphosphorotionoamidate as effective components. n EFFECT: High herbicidal effect which can not be attained by individual use of each herbicide. Single application of this composition to a paddy field substantially inhibits the growth of weeds, and its inhibitory effect lasts so long that weeding is scarcely needed after that. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio
